I went to see Elton John play at the Albert Hall and they had a small camera mounted on his piano so they could project an image of his fingers dancing across the keyboard on a huge screen above the stage. It was mesmerising. It brought the music alive in a way I had never experienced before. That is what I wanted to capture in this picture. Sitting next to the pianist and becoming part of the performance. Put this picture on the wall, turn down the lights and play Crocodile Rock or Yellow Brick Road.
